Skinny people vs the fat people
Recently I've read up a book about how to shed pounds easily or something like that. Below are a summary of it, if not interested please dont continue :)
For skinny people: " the organ would send signals that travel to the brain ,once she's eaten enough food to fuel cell metobolism for few hours, these signals triger fullness. Therefore higher metobolism rate = overeating would not happen."
"The more often you consume sweet,fatty foods or starchy the hungrier you feel."
You need to have enough food if not you would feel cold & would get bad temper easily .Body heat is determined more by food intake and levels of certain hormones than by body fats (although body fats keep them warm to a certain extent) . Less food > fat cells shrinking> Leptin level drop > Metobolism rate slow down> Muscle dont produce as much heat > Therefore you feel cold.
Stress >> Cookies and chocolate may seem to reduce stress and anxiety . There's a number of stress reducing method : walking, reading, self-indulgence(massage, pedicure) , calling a friend, formal relaxation ( tense them up as inhale , and release as you exhale) ,breathing, laughing and take a relaxation class(yoga, meditation) . Never use food as a stress relieve. Eat filling food FIRST and fattening food last. Filling food are like : veggy, fruits, whole grains .... etc
